Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping and returns, to retail customers, on orders of $100 or higher.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your destination address, the size and weight of your package, and the promptness of the delivery method (FedEx Delivery Methods: Ground, Ground Home Delivery, Express Saver, 2-Day Delivery, 2-Day AM Delivery, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight, First Overnight).

If the value of your orders is $100 or more (excluding sales tax), or if you used a Free Shipping Coupon Code, you will automatically receive free shipping using basic shipping methods only. Expedited shipping methods are subject to regular rates and are payable by you at checkout.

All shipping costs include insurance of the value of the purchased items, in the event of theft or loss of your package.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

How fast will the order ship?
Orders placed with FedEx Ground or FedEx Ground Home Delivery shipping methods will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00AM EST on Friday, over the weekend, or on major holidays will ship on the next available business day.

Expedited and Overnight orders placed by 1:00PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Please note that Expedited and Overnight orders placed after 1:00PM EST on a Friday, over the weekend, or on major holidays will ship on the next available business day.

Please note that on occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For FedEx Ground or FedEx Ground Home Delivery shipments within the US, you can expect your order to arrive in 4-10 business days once it has shipped from our distribution center. Orders placed for delivery within the state of Florida may arrive in 1-3 business days once it has shipped from our distribution center.

Presently, we only ship to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Domestic shipping guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are considered non-domestic, so we presently cannot ship to these destinations.

JeliCrush is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control, such as inclement weather, acts of God, other miscellaneous carrier delays, or any other shipping-related issue(s). Under no circumstance shall JeliCrush be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can also find your tracking number by logging into your JeliCrush My Account web page. If you need help, you can email us at [email protected].

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Simply go to the JeliCrush Orders web page to start the process, or you can email us at [email protected].

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in unworn and unwashed condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included: for items that are specially packaged, such as footwear, when accompanied by an original JeliCrush receipt/invoice or gift receipt.

Once you have processed the return request, you will be redirected to a page with a printable Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and Shipping label as well as receive an email with your RMA and a link to download your free return label.

You can drop-off your return item at any FedEx Drop Off location. Use this link to find the one nearest you.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return has been received by our Returns Department, the item(s) will be inspected to make sure it was returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages with all tags attached. Once Approved, a refund (excluding shipping) will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed at our distribution center.

Once Approved, a JeliCrush store credit (excluding shipping) or a refund (excluding shipping) will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Please note that on originally placed orders under $75, a return shipping charge of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund per prepaid shipping label used.

If you choose to return for a gift card, your credit will be available in your JeliCrush account for immediate use as soon as the return is processed.

If you choose to return for a full refund, you can expect the refund to be received by your bank or credit card account within 3-5 business days. Processing times vary and are subject to your bank. If you paid with any other payment method, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

What are your conditions for returns?
When trying on your item(s) please ensure that you are not wearing any make-up, deodorant, lotions, or self-tanner that may damage the item. Items with make-up, deodorant, self-tanner or other stains or scents will be refused for returns.

Damaged items: please email us a photo of the item upon receiving it, at [email protected], with details of the damage before shipping the item back to us. Items deemed by JeliCrush as defective or damaged items will be fully refunded, including shipping charges.

Please note that discounts and sales do not apply to previous purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not comply with our return policy.

All items are returnable, except for the following:

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size, color, or item, simply follow our RETURNS process for the item/items you no longer want and place a new order for the item/items you do want or, you can email us at [email protected].

Please note that we cannot guarantee the item(s) you are requesting in exchange is in stock. In the event it is sold out, we will contact you to see if you would like a refund or exchange it for another item(s). Discounts and sales do not apply to previous purchases.
